My name is Shaun Grumelot and I graduated from MSU in 2021 with my bachelors in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology/Biotechnology with an additional major in Microbiology. This is my first time participating in research work; so, I look forward to expanding my knowledge base and skillset while working in Dr. Mahmoudi’s lab. Outside the lab, I’m an avid gamer; I play board games as well. I also enjoy Disc Golf as I was introduced to it in July 2021, I’m relatively new to the sport but so far it has been very enjoyable
