I am a PhD candidate working in the chemistry department and precision health program under Dr. Anna Moore.

I received my Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Sharif University of Technology in Tehran, Iran. I am working on gynecological diseases like endometriosis and ovarian cancer. Endometriosis is a condition which may causes pain and sub fertility in many women of reproductive age. My current goal is to develop imaging probes that can target endometriotic lesions in animal model of endometriosis. This will help to non-invasively image the lesions for disease detection purposes and ultimately delivering therapeutics to lesions using these probes.
