I am currently a 2nd year M.D. student at MSU CHM, with interests in hematology/oncology and radiology. Prior to graduating with a B.A. in Biological Sciences from Wellesley College in 2018, I spent 3 years doing undergraduate research investigating the role of citrate in the synthesis of gold nanoparticles, with applications in cancer therapeutics. I then spent 2 years working in lateral flow chemistry, and as a research coordinator at UM. I am working in the Moore Lab, alongside Alan Halim, where we are studying the role of microRNA-10b in breast cancer metastasis. During my free time I enjoy baking and playing board games
